Who handles your information

SMP Global Consultants LLC, which operates the Deuceventures brand, is responsible for the information collected here. Reach us at hello@deuceadventures.com.

Orders

When you pre-order, our secure payment provider collects your name, email, shipping and billing address and payment details to process the order. Card details are handled entirely by the payment provider and are never stored on this website. We keep the order record (name, email, shipping address, quantity, amounts and fulfillment status) so we can pack, ship and support your order, and we email you when it ships.

Email updates

If you join “Stay in the Story,” we store your first name and email address so we can send book news and activities. This signup is intended for parents, caregivers and other adults. You can ask us to remove you at any time.

Inquiries

School, church, organization and contact form submissions are stored so we can reply. We don’t ask for information about individual children.

Sharing

We don’t sell your information. It’s shared only with the services needed to run the site, take payment, send email and ship your order.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, support, tax and accounting requirements. Newsletter and inquiry details are kept until you ask us to remove them.
